Joseph Daul: All parties involved should return to a honest political dialogue

The leader of the European People’s party in the European Parliament has reacted fiercely on social network, condemning the violent protests in Tirana. Joseph Daul writes that political parties should set to work and kick off a fair dialogue.”I strongly condemn the use of violence during the recent demonstrations in Albania.  All parties involved should return to a honest political dialogue, address the concerns and root causes, escalate the rhetoric and restrain from any violence” – writes the chairman of the European People’s Party.This statement has been added to the internationals’ reaction who asked Lulzim Basha and Monika Kryemadhi to stop hurling Molotov cocktail against state institutions and police officers.The CDU / CSU Angela Merkel’s party asked Lulzim Basha to sit at the table with no preconditions.
