“This conference is coming to Tirana today after a series of meetings of this level held in several countries of Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans. It is important for us to hold this annual meeting in Albania. I say this, as Albania is working intensively with the Western Balkan countries and all European Union countries to fulfill the aspiration for membership in the large European family. Regional integration also requires the fair treatment and regulation of legal relations between the citizens of the region, as relations with cross-border elements, so this conference is of particular importance for us all, ”Gjonaj said.
