After reviewing the report of Department of Public Administration for the activity in 2019, the Assembly has adopted the resolution requesting the completion of the reform for the review of salaries and the methodology of job classification, as well as increasing the quality of recruitment in the administration.
The Assembly specifically asked the Department of Public Administration to complete the work within the 6 months of 2021 to consult the document on salary reform, identify financial effects and plan the next steps for the implementation of this reform.
According to the request of the Assembly, the salaries of the administration need to be adjusted depending on the commitments and duties that employees fulfill as a result of the obligations of special laws, such as the law.60 / 2016 “On signaling and protection of whistleblowers”.
For 2020, the work of the Department of Public Administration should be focused on the establishment of the administrat.al portal, in order to unify the management procedures of the state administration, both for central, local and independent institutions.
The Assembly for 2019 in the adopted resolution, praises the work of the Department of Public Administration for recruitment, especially for the temporary employment of students of excellence.
