The opera "A masked ball" written by Giuseppe Verdi came in a concert form with the artists of the National Theater of Opera and Ballet. This work came after several months of work of artistic troupes and a two-week training of conductor Sebastiano Rrolli with the leading soloists of the National Theater of Opera and Ballet. NTHOB previously said that the most beautiful arias of Giuseppe Verdi will bring to attention the Verdi heroine, who takes her fate into her own hands and does not bow to masculinity. "A masked ball" by Verdi according to NTHOB is a production, which will soon be broadcast online and on RTSH 1 HD for the entire public.
"Soon online on Facebook, YouTube, www.tkob.gov.al, as well as on RTSH 1 HD", says NTHOB. "A masked ball" has been put on the Albanian stage before, but this time it came in a concert form with soloists Eva Golemi, Shpresa Beka, Dorina Selimaj, Armaldo Likaj, Armaldo Kllogjeri, Ivana Hoxha, Erlind Zeraliu and Bledar Dhomi. Eva Golemi is one of the most appreciated voices on the Albanian scene, but she shows that this time in "A masked ball" she performed the role of Amelia. The soprano says it is the second time with this role. "Previously I was in the work "A masked ball" in 2008 directed by Nikolin Gurakuqi, conductor Eddi de Naddai. This time Sebastiano Rolli is the conductor", says the soprano. Due to the pandemic the National Opera and Ballet Theater is continuing with online performances this artistic season. For the famous soprano Eva Golemi in these conditions this is the best that can be done.
