PM Edi Rama is paying a visit in Athens today. From the Symi symposium organized by former Prime Minister George Papandreou, Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that we are in the final stage of finalizing fully online services. This is important, Rama said as it will eliminate corruption.
"We had a lot of online services and the ability to interact with people. We are already in the final stage of finalizing the provision of services completely online to no longer need the services office. We want to move to this stage by closing the service offices.
This is very important to eliminate petty corruption which is very worrying in the country but I do believe in the region as well, as direct contact with public servants will be eliminated. If we want to move to another stage, we need regional cooperation, to increase the capacity of our foreign markets to give investors the opportunity to have large spaces where we can have excess opportunities.
We should build a common energy policy to trade energy quite differently. A few years ago, I saw a simple tour guide when tourism was quite modest but the guide gave tourists a map of possible trails across the country by telling them that if they enter this place, they can have the opportunity to go south. Giving this guide to our region can be a strong asset ", said Rama.
