Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj appeared before the media today to present the decisions taken today at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
He was asked if in addition to protecting households and small business from rising electricity prices there is a plan for big business, but said that the two main points of the plan are electricity supply and protection of family consumers and small business.
"The prime minister has been very clear in declaring the plan. The first point that is very important has to do with the power supply. The second point concerns the non-increase in the price of electricity for households and small business. For the rest there is a reform, that will continue as scheduled. Prices for family and small business will not increase. We will keep protecting families and small businesses from the international soaring of electricity prices. We are working to guarantee the supply of electricity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although the supply in the world has been problematic ", declared Ahmetaj.
