Albania surrendered in Prague, 3-1 against the Czech Republic. A 90 minutes with many ups and downs for the red and blacks, in both phases of the game. If in the match with Wales, the defense performed well, against the Czech Republic the defence failed.
Coach Reja's confidants started the challenge well, most certainly in their position on the pitch. Anyway, with the passing of the minutes the locals pushed forward and managed to find the advantage goal. In the 16th minute, goalkeeper Selmani made the save against Jankto, two minutes later Shik is shown to be ruthless with his shot, 1-0.
A bad game in the defensive phase for the red and blacks, creating a lot of space for the opponent. However, this does not prevent the best goal scorer, Sokol Cikalleshin, to show his talent with a shot from distance, to equalize 1-1 in the 42nd minute, a result that closes the first half.
In the second half, the Czech Republic manages to find the advantage once again. It is exactly the 68th minute, where after a model action, Masopust finds the net with a powerful diagonal, 2-1. In the following minutes, after many changes made for both teams, the red and blacks appear more demanding, but those who score are again the Czechs. A penalty kick and Celustka headed in 3-1 in the 89th minute.
In the end, Bare was stopped by the post, while Laçi does not concretize properly in the created opportunity. It all ends with the 3-1 victory of the Czech Republic, the red and blacks surrender.
