Albanian soprano Ermonela Jaho awarded the International Classical Music Awards with the first prize for the album "Anima rara"

Well-known Albanian soprano Ermonela Jaho has been awarded the International Classical Music Awards with the first prize for the album "Anima rara". The artist, while expressing gratitude to her collaborators, describes this difficult period for the realization of operatic art.

Although, for a year now, the operatic scenes have been locked due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the famous Albanian soprano Ermonela Jaho, recorded in September 2020 the album "Anima Rara".

For this album, which Ermonela Jaho explores music performed by Italian artist Rosina Storchio, considered as one of the most expressive lyrical sopranos of the era, has been awarded first prize in the Vocal Music category by the International Classical Music Awards .
