The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met today with the Head of European Diplomacy, Josep Borrell, in the framework of the Peace Summit, which is being held in Paris, France.
This was announced by Borrell himself through a post on the social network Twitter. He wrote that they discussed with Kurti the fight against corruption, and the progress he called urgently necessary, in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
"Good meeting PM Albin Kurti in margins of paris peace Forum to discuss regional cooperation, fight against corruption&urgently needed progress on Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue. We raised European integration, upcoming FAC discussion on Western Balkans & important bilateral engagement" Borrell wrote.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is participating in the Peace Forum in Paris along with several other world leaders. The forum is expected to discuss, among other things, the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the improvement of global governance in its time.
Kurti was greeted by the President of France, Emmanuel Macron. In this meeting the leaders and other participants had short messages through videos.
"It is our duty as leaders, scientists and activists not to stand aside from history, but to become progressives to embrace and shape it by advocating for more equality and justice around the world," Kurti said.
