Starting from today, roaming tariffs for citizens of 6 Western Balkans countries have been removed. The agreement was signed in 2019 and was negotiated by the Regional Cooperation Council and supported by the 6 governments. Citizens of Albania will not pay more for mobile communications when traveling to Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. From the Prespa forum, the Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council, Majlinda Bregu, hopes that she will be able to reach for other agreement. The next step that the Council is committed to is reducing roaming tariffs with EU countries.
