Heavy rains have hit Albania and have brought floods in various cities and this has worried many citizens, who are afraid of the difficulties they may face in the coming days.
Prime Minister Edi Rama after the Obot of Shkodra, has seen closely the situation in the hydropower plant of Vau i Dejës, which he has been considered as the heart of the flooding.
During his speech, the Prime Minister said that the situation in this HPP has been managed perfectly so far.
"Vau of Deja - where you can clearly see, hear and understand the situation of the cascade, as well as easily distinguish between mismanagement and misgovernance and good management and good governance. The fact is that with the super-intensity of rainfall these days, we do not have more than 10 thousand people evacuated from their homes, thousands and thousands of heads of cattle evacuated, as well as damaged homes and businesses as in 2010 in Shkodra, where the city was filled with boats, we have a completely different situation, with minimal damage, although the intensity of rainfall is twice as high as in 2010," writes Rama.
