The Municipality of Tirana ranks first for investments per capita. The Ministry of Finance and Economy has recently made public the annual report on local public finances 2020.
This report contains detailed financial information for local self-government units, for all citizens and stakeholders and to understand more about financial management at the local level.
From the data, it results that the Municipality of Tirana is the first with 21.7 thousand ALL invested per capita. Despite the high number of inhabitants, the Municipality of Tirana has the highest investment rate per capita in order to improve services and infrastructure for its citizens.
Although a difficult year due to the pandemic and where the Municipality of Tirana has made tax amnesties to facilitate businesses, investments have not stopped continuing at the same pace projects envisaged.
