Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG will fund 1.7 million Euros for the restoration, reconstruction and renovation of the concert hall at the University of Arts in Tirana (UAT).
TAP and the Ministry of Culture of Albania signed at the University of Arts the co-financing agreement to support the project.
The renovation of the concert hall at UAT is one of the largest social and environmental investments of TAP in Albania, an investment that adds to a long list of investments in education, infrastructure, culture and environment. In addition, TAP has funded the feasibility study and the design of a detailed engineering project for the renovation of the concert hall, with a value of 150,000 Euros.
The project brings together a number of partners, such as the Ministry of Culture of Albania and TAP, as co-sponsors of the project, the Italian Agency for Development and Cooperation (CooperazioneItaliana), Atelier4 and the University of Florence.
The restoration work is scheduled to last 14 months and is expected to be completed by April 2022.
