Voskopoja is a village where nature, art and history are beautifully intertwined, making it a favorite destination for tourists year-round.
In addition to the centuries-old churches, the tangible evidence of the historical importance of Voskopoja, the bridges are another precious cultural treasure for the village. St. Prodhrom Bridge, the 3rd century monument of the village proves the centuries-old civilization of this village.
Located on the outskirts of the village, the bridge already serves as a new attraction for tourists and visitors.
But there are two other bridges near the village. Kovac Bridge still operates today, and it is located at the entrance of Voskopoja. Like other bridges built over a century ago, the Kovac bridge has served to connect Korça with two provinces, Voskopoja and Lekas, with many villages and populations in the best times of their heyday.
