The bypass of Vlora will be provisionally opened on Friday and is expected to facilitate traffic in the city and in the south area of the country, which in this period, especially in August is aggravated due to vacationers and foreign tourists.
The opening of this axis during this month was announced by the Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku. She called on drivers to be careful.
"Fortunately, this road does not pass in inhabited areas, except Kanina and there is no entrance or exit. A problem we encountered in the bypass of Fier because there were many entrances and exits on the highway from other villages. They have to be careful, it is a new road, they have to drive slowly. "This is a case that we are opening the road to facilitate traffic and not to race cars, because here there will be a large concentration of traffic police," said Balluku.
