Albania and North Macedonia continue intensive cooperation for European integration.The Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, arrived in Tirana today and was received by the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka.
His Albanian counterpart Olta Xhaçka has assessed that both countries have met the conditions to hold the first International Conference. She assessed that NATO membership of North Macedonia is a great achievement. Xhaçka reiterated that the Albanian factor has played a major role in the democratic processes in this country. Mr. Osmani for his part said that his country has had sincere support from Albania for NATO membership.
"Relations between the two countries have crossed the threshold of good friendship, it is one of the pillars of stability in the region," Osmani said. According to him, the "Prespa Forum for Dialogue" promotes multiculturalism in the region.
